Richard Swerdlow is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of web development and Internet marketing experience. He is responsible for the Company's strategic direction and operations. He founded Condo.com in 2006 and subsequently acquired the Houses.com domain to replicate the successful business model and online real estate platform for single-family homes. Previously, Swerdlow founded Everything Wireless, the first consumer cataloger and Internet retailer which provided national distribution of wireless phones and accessories. The Company was sold to Federated Department Stores in 2000. Swerdlow began his career practicing law in the Public Finance Department of Greenberg Traurig, Miami, Florida where he helped structure bond financing's for a variety of municipal clients as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel. He is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations and a licensed Real Estate Broker in multiple states. Swerdlow has been interviewed and quoted as an expert in real estate and Internet marketing in various publications and media outlets including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Miami Herald and affiliates of NBC and ABC. He has appeared as a guest on CBNC and Fox & Friends. When he is not building websites, he loves to sail.
Jody joined the team in 2010 and oversees all consumer and agent revenue channels, including agent product sales, a national broker network, advertising sales, affiliate partnerships, lead sales and business development. He has over a decade of online real estate experience as broker and sales manager at RealEstate.com and Director of Operations for Home Discovery where he trained agents responsible for thousands of closed real estate transactions. He began his career with Foxtons. He is a die hard Cleveland Browns and Indians fan.
Justin serves as CFO and financial advisor for the Company. He helped develop a sound and scalable financial model and will be the primary interface with investors on this opportunity. Justin has over 14 years experience advising boards of directors and senior management teams in the education, information, digital real estate, medical, and technology industries. Previously, Justin worked as a banker with Scott-Macon, Ltd. He received his BA from Cornell University and a M.B.A. from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph Wharton Fellow.
Liam joined the Company as the Chief Technology Officer in January 2012 and is responsible for directing site and database architecture and design, including security and e-commerce. He brings over two decades of experience in the real estate industry as former CTO of Onboard Informatics and general manager of their listings platform. Liam also managed over 500 MLS data feeds at eNeighborhoods (precursor to Homes.com) and is a thought leader in real estate listings, data, search and mapping. He's provided technology consulting services to Microsoft, Burger King and Interim HealthCare. He is a fair-to-middling harmonica player.
Jason Seymour joined the Company as Chief Information Officer in January 2012 and directs the Company's technology infrastructure and development. He leads internal IT operations and manages in-house and off-shore development teams and quality assurance. He has over a decade of online real estate experience and previously led engineering at Onboard Informatics where he created scalable real estate data systems. At eNeighborhoods he grew the technology team and agent product lines. He's provided technology consulting services to Taylor Corporation, First Marketing and Microsoft. He loves to play golf and battles to break 100.
Michael joined the team in 2014 to grow and manage the Company’s proprietary building database and curation system. He has developed scalable processes to curate new buildings and fulfill agent advertising products. He was previously an investment banker with Guzman & Company where he managed Treasury Services and an online money market portal. He was also an associate at PIMCO, a leading global investment manager.He attended Stanford University on a swimming scholarship where he swam with two national championship teams. Michael enjoys spending as much time as possible in the ocean.

Mr. Massirman is an experienced real estate professional and has been active since 1984 in the financing, sales, development, construction and management of over 100,000 multifamily units and several million feet of commercial projects. Prior to founding Massirman Group, Jay was a Vice Chairman with CBRE, a global real estate service provider. where he was a top producer and actively involved with the sale and financing of more than 400 transactions, including 76,000 multifamily units with an aggregate value of over $10 billion. Mr. Massirman is active in the development of a portfolio of self-storage facilities and several rental communities.
